Sales Tax Information:
As of June 21, 2018, the United States Supreme Court ruled in South Dakota v. Wayfair Inc., et al. that states can now require out-of-state sellers to enforce a sales tax on sales to in-state consumers. Whether the seller resides in the same state as the consumer or not is unrelated in this enforcement. The decision to require this specific sales tax is made by the individual state and not FEATURE itself. This sales tax application is to be applied for all order types, including releases and draws.
